A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return & refund: There is no return nor refunds on any services provided by Marie-Aude Preau. Once you have purchased a package of consultations or one session with Ms. Preau you are expected to use them within the time limit given.
- Term of Usage : Consultations do have a time limit. Once you start a package we encourage you to schedule a consultation once a week or every two weeks. Your sessions will expire within 6 months of purchase.
